ROSTUDEL brings best practices to model and solve your problem

The name ROSTUDEL comes from the eponymous french village on the atlantic ocean, on France west coast also called Brittany, homeland of some rare lobsters rather difficult to hunt. 

Lobsters chase their food using both their smell and their ability to explore the ground with their legs and their antennas. Looks like an autonomous agent using dedicated "steepest descent" algorithm but allowing local moves guided by its captors.

Like our mascot, we implement  most fitted methods to face real life issues. We believe in powerfull mathematics paradigms such as linear programming, DC-programming and DCA, and some dedicated metaheuristics. Meanwhile, we put the stress on a strong customer relationship and project management : why implement a good resolution scheme for an inaccurate model of delivery to the client ? Therefore, Unified Process (UP) is applied during the project lifecycle, design pattern architecture is applied any time it is possible, and other UML representations outline complex tasks or use case representations.

Best practices suggest to decompose one application in separate packages for data access object (DAO), data model, mathematical implementation , with dedicated services available for the user : persistent ones (database CRUD), calculus (optimization, preprocess, data validations). ROSTUDEL helps you formulate your needs, using your own description (e.g costs, quality of service), adapts your rules and issues to a dedicated model repository under .NET or J2EE frameworks and n-layers architecture.
